Volunteer
The Museum needs volunteers to be successful and affordable. Please consider how you might be able to give of your time:
Painters and Artists: We ALWAYS need help painting something here. Whether it is basic painting, such as walls, shelves, prepping for a new exhibit, or detailed artistic painting, such as murals, faux finishing, etc., we are always looking for additional help to create new worlds and a fun atmosphere.
Handyman: Now that we are in our new building, we have lots of updating to do. If you have handyman or building skills, we could sure use your talents to help us refresh current favorite exhibits, build new ones, make minor repairs and do maintenance upkeep.
Art/Craft/Educational Teacher: During the summer, we offer classes and workshops on various topics by creative and talented people. If you would like to share your talents, please let us know.
Grant Writing: The Museum’s budget relies on grants to be viable. We can always use extra help with grant writing. If you have successful experience grant-writing, perhaps you could offer your skills to us.
Other Talents: Do you have a talent or skill which you believe would be valuable to the Museum? Let us know what you can do!
